Toddlers

Thursdays, 9.15-11.15 a.m in St Vigeans Hall

A warm and friendly welcome is extended to all those who come along. There are those who come to introduce their toddler to the company of other children whilst they have a cup of tea with some adult company; those who like to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, including housework; Grandparents who come to enjoy the quality time with their grandchildren; and those who would otherwise feel quite lonely and isolated, home alone with a small child.

Toddlers has a wide range of activities to choose from with plenty of toys to play with, crafts to make, play dough to mould, puzzles to put together and books to read. We all come together in a circle to sing and have learned a collection of animal themed songs. The toddlers all sit together at their small tables to eat their snacks whilst the parents or carers enjoy a cup of tea and a chat.  The cost for each meeting is £2 per child with a reduced charge for each subsequent child of £1 each.  Payment preferable in term time block, however, weekly is also acceptable.   To secure your space the £2 fee applies when in attendance or not.  There is a maximum number for this group so please contact us for more details. 

Everyone at toddlers  has fun: parents and carers meet new friends whilst their toddlers develop social skills, imagination, creativity, fine motor skills and language.
