If you enjoy or would like to learn knitting, patchwork, crocheting, cross stitch, then this is the place to be.

Everyone is welcome.
Bring whatever you are working on, or just bring yourself and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee and a blether.

 Evelyn has been busy looking for new ideas for the group. She has found out that Ninewells would like baby hats (second size) and baby blankets. The Care Homes are always needing twiddle muffs and there is also a need for teddies for tragedies. We have copies of all the patterns and hopefully you will find something to suit.
 
However, if you enjoy knitting, craft, crochet or would just like some company please join us – you do not have to do any of these items. We are always happy to welcome new members and also new ideas!

Bunting:
​The knitting pattern is: Using 5mm needles cast on 35 sts using red, white or blue DK wool
Row 1 Knit (wrong side)
Row 2 K2tog, wool over needle repeat to last 2 sts K2 tog (right side)
Row 3 Knit
Row 4 Slip 1 st K2 tog, knit to last 3 sts k2tog, K1
Row 5 Slip 1 st, knit to end
Row 6 Slip 1 st, knit to end
Repeat rows 3 – 6 until 6 sts remain
Next row Knit
Next row Slip 1, K2tog, K2tog, K1 (4 stitches)
Next row K2tog, K2tog (2 stitches)
Next row K2 tog. Pass wool through stitch
