We had 3 visitors to St Vigeans Church Thursday, 25th October, 2018. Honor Parkinson and her husband from Wales brought Nan Rinella, an author from the USA, to look at the church that is to feature in her latest historical novel "Dreams in the Distance". This is one of a series that is "infused with the influence (and appearances) of C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. Nan has crafted a powerful tale about the decisions we make (and where these decisions take us) that will delight readers far beyond their expectations." She was very interesting to talk to.
Honor is a talented pianist who entertained us by playing the piano. She was impressed with its tonal qualities and played beautifully.
