Ukraine Appeal by St Vigeans Church Congregation
To support relief work in Ukraine, The Church of Scotland is to collect funds raised from each parish and then send to Reformed Church in Hungary Aid which is supporting those fleeing from the conflict as they seek safety and sanctuary.
Donations can be made by direct transfer to the St Vigeans Bank account (sorting code 80-12-35 Account Number 00439369) using the reference “Ukraine” or by cash or cheque in an envelope marked “Ukraine”
It will also be possible to claim Gift Aid/GASDS provided we have a signed gift aid declaration. For those who wish to donate cash where we are able to claim gift aid we would also need a name on the envelope so The Treasurer can link this to a named donor albeit for cash donations less than £30 he will be able to claim through the Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme. Please complete the attached form if eligible and wish to do so.
